 If you can't find the service you're looking for in our list, don't worry! We offer a wide range of graphic design services and are always willing to explore new projects. Just book a free consultation with us, and we'll work with you to determine the best approach to meet your needs.

Our turnaround time varies depending on many factors. Once we have more about your project, we can give you a better estimate of the timeframe for completion. 

 We understand that each client has unique needs and expectations. To receive a personal quotation, simply fill out the form at the bottom of this page.  We will review your information and get back to you as soon as possible with a personalized quote. We look forward to working with you! 

 Booking a free consultation is easy! Just click the Book tab in the upper right-hand side of this page then select a time that works best for you!

 The number of revisions included in the design package is outlined in the service agreement that you will sign prior to starting the project.

If you need additional revisions beyond the allotted amount, we are happy to discuss this further with you and provide a quote for the additional work.

Once the project is complete, we will provide you with the final design files in the file formats we agreed upon (e.g. PDF, JPEG, PNG). We typically share the files with clients through a file-sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox. If you have any specific preferences, please let us know and we'll happily accommodate.

 We provide post-project support to all our clients. If you have any changes or concerns after the project is complete, please let us know and we'll be happy to work with you to address them. If additional work is required, we will provide you with a quote for the work.

 While we don't offer a specific discount just for being a return client, we do have other ways of showing our appreciation for your continued business. For example, we offer a discount or cashback incentive for clients who send us video testimonials about their experience working with us. Additionally, we have a referral program where clients can earn incentives for referring new business to us. So while there's no blanket discount for return clients, we do have other ways of rewarding our valued customers.
